Kirana One

Kirana Property Group needed a centralised platform to simplify the management of properties, residents, assets, maintenance and day-to-day operational tasks. The system was designed to support a range of property environments, from apartment complexes to retirement villages and community housing.

We designed and developed a responsive property management platform that brings property administration, building and asset records, resident information, task management, workflows and reporting into a single system. The platform supports multiple properties while allowing each property to maintain its own configuration, branding and operational structure.

The resulting platform provides Kirana Property Group with a scalable foundation for managing property operations in one place. Administrators can manage properties, buildings, assets, residents and users while creating and tracking maintenance tasks through structured workflows.

By centralising operational information and communication, the platform gives property teams greater visibility over work in progress and creates a foundation that can be expanded as Kirana’s portfolio and operational requirements grow.
