Palliative Care Australia is the national peak body for palliative care, supporting patients, families, carers, health professionals and service providers across the country. Its website is an important source of information, resources and access to support.
When Spring began working with the organisation in 2024, the team felt increasingly unsupported by its previous supplier. Communication was limited, website needs weren’t being addressed proactively, and the team was left feeling isolated rather than empowered to manage an important organisational platform.
Result
Spring took responsibility for the ongoing management of the website, hosting and Web Care, while progressively redeveloping sections to improve the platform as needs emerged.
The Palliative Care Australia team now has responsive, on-demand website support and an experienced partner who understands the platform, communicates clearly and stays involved.
